RESILIENT CHILD DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING
Bring your team. Get trained to use practical, Gospel-rooted, research backed tools to help you anchor kids’ hearts to Jesus. Forever.
Resilient Child Discipleship Training gives you insights you can apply right away and skills you can practice the next time your ministry meets.
The 5 sessions are designed to look at where to begin, to form lasting faith by helping kids belong to God and God’s Kingdom, believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, become like Jesus and walk in His ways through the power of the Holy Spirit, and dream about how to lead beyond the training day.

EQUIP TO ENGAGE
Equip to Engage exists to support local children's ministry leaders through affordable, high-quality, and accessible leadership development. With a focus on equipping, encouraging, and connecting leaders who may not have access to national conferences, Equip to Engage brings training and resources directly to local churches and districts through retreats, weekend events, and specialized programs.

This ministry is led by Trey and Candice Brooks. Trey is an ordained elder, graduate of Southern Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary, and a certified StrengthsFinder Advocate. Candice holds a degree in Elementary Education and is a certified story trainer with Tell THE Story. Together, they lead Equip to Engage with a heart for the local church and a passion for developing children’s ministry leaders.
They travel with their three children, Sophia, Levi, and Noelle, partnering with districts and churches to make leadership development practical and affordable.
